- How
will you ship my package?
All packages are shipped via U.S. postal service, Priority Mail.
The U.S. postal service will not guarantee, nor insure shipments against
any damages. If you would like your package shipped via other carrier,
please contact us prior to making a purchase online and we will
obtain a shipping cost for you.
- Are
additional shipping charges sometimes incurred?
Yes. Occasionally we
need to charge extra for oversized/extra weight packages. Also,
order shipped to Alaska or Hawaii sometimes require an
additional cost. We will notify you prior to processing your order
if additional costs are required to ship your package.

What if I am shipping outside the U.S.?
Shipping prices shown are for U.S. orders only. If shipping to a
location outside the U.S, the shipping will be calculated as U.S. online
then the purchaser will be notified of any additional costs.

How long till my order is shipped?
We like to inform people to allow 2 business days for processing of
an order to be safe, as items are sometimes required to be made.

What days do you ship on?
Generally we ship Monday through Wednesday this is to ensure us that
your order does not sit in a location where it could be damaged by
temperatures.

When will I see my package?
Most customers will see their in-stock items within 5 - 10 business
days. We ship all orders promptly. However, occasionally items are not
in stock due to manufacturers' delay or having to make an item. You
will be notified of any delay. We do not charge your credit card until
items are ready to be shipped.

How can I track my order?
You may request, via e-mail, to have the tracking
number
e-mailed to you once the item has shipped. Note the tracking number and go to:
www.USPS.com and track your order from
their site. All packages sent out are sent with a tracking number.
- When should I
place my order prior to a holiday?
We suggest that any holiday order's are placed 2
weeks prior to the date needed. We ship from our facility in a
timely manner but can not guarantee an order to arrive on time if
ordered closer than 2 weeks to a holiday/event. Also, many holiday
items are sold out fairly quickly, so ordering early will give you a
greater chance of us having the item in stock.
- How do I know the item I see
online is in stock?
We try our best to keep items online up to date as to
their status. However, sometimes the item is sold out in the store
prior to getting to the online system. If an item is out of stock,
we will contact you (see next question below).
- What happens to my order if
something is out of stock?
Your items in stock will be shipped and you will be
notified of the item out of stock by phone, e-mail or on the packing
slip. You WILL NOT be charged for the item out of stock. We
apologize in advance if do not have your item in stock.
Prices
listed are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to
correct pricing errors and to limit quantities. If an order is placed and the
pricing has changed, you will be notified prior to processing your order. |
